Dear Melissa:
I can't thank you enough for telling me about ProSelect Cleaning Services, Inc. I work hard and I don't have time to clean! After the holidays we had so many dinner parties. My cleaning people were so bad that I had to walk around after they left and re-do so much! I can't go through that again! I have very high standards and I'd much rather pay someone else to do it right.

When I asked you for suggestions, you told me that your cleaning service was wonderful and very detail-oriented; however, you cautioned that while they were very upscale, they were worth every dollar! I finally said, "OK. I'll try them once and see how they are. If they're really so good, they're worth the expense." Well, Melissa, good is not the word. ProSelect is WONDERFUL!

This detail cleaning service performs exceptional, impeccable work. Their certified detailers who do what is necessary without being told. Imagine that! They cleaned every surface in our home. Now I'm thinking about asking them to do Michael's office also. Did you know that ProSelect Cleaning Services, Inc., was nominated by the P.G. Board of Trade as Small Business of the Year (1999 and 2000), and is a member of The Better Business Bureau. Many people have recognized their exceptional ability as well!

You called ProSelect "the best cleaning service that's out there." You said that you "delight in returning home to a house that sparkles.... where all the rooms are cleaned and straightened; floors are scrubbed; base-boards are washed and furniture is dusted and polished; carpets/ rugs are vacuumed; light fixtures are cleaned; dishes are washed, magazines are neatly stacked and pillows are fluffed. They even change bed linens and fold clean clothes." You also told me about ProSelect's "courteous manner, thoroughness, and ability to work around crazy schedules." I thought it was too good to be true.

To my amazement, I discovered that ProSelect does EVERYTHING: chandeliers, ceiling fans, a/c and heating vents, baseboards, windows, window ledges and sills, door jambs, floors, bathrooms and kitchens. Their professional, certified detailers move light furniture and sofas to clean in corners and crevices; they thoroughly vacuum carpets; they dust lamps and remove decorative items from wooden or glass tables to clean everything on the table, including the surface and even glass undersides. Dust, cobwebs and fingerprints were gone when these cleaners finished.

This was the first time they came to my home, so the cleaning was done by a detailing crew of four. Thereafter (and I DO plan to have them regularly), a minimum of two people will work for two hours. They do everything — even blinds and some types of windows! EVERY surface in our home received attention. ProSelect Cleaning Services is extremely upscale and yes, they are expensive. But I'm hooked!

I want the wonderful work they do and, thank heavens; I have no problem with the cost. Their staff professional detailers are screened, bonded and insured. They treated my home with respect. I've had it with cleaning services that don't clean! ProSelect Cleaning Services does it all! They seemed very happy to see me smile when they were ready to leave. The best thing I ever did was call (301) 868-1300. I am so grateful to you for suggesting them. Now I can enjoy the rest of the winter and let this great cleaning service do what they do.
